Our Mission Statement
MilBid exist for two reasons. The first is to help in support of the Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines that we ask to defend our freedom, everyday life, and the ones love. We are committed to send donations and any other kind of support asked from us to them. The second part is to give buyers and sellers a true alternative in buying and selling instead of being laced with fees and hassles. We firmly believe that everyone can win with MilBid through a strong community and dedication in building something that out shines any other place on the internet today.
Layman View of MilBid
To simply view what and who we are you just need to peak around the website. We offer a feeless website 
which makes it’s money through donations and advertising. We encourage the stay at home moms, the business person, the person that is selling for their kid’s college, the buyer looking for a great place to buy, the person that wants a community, and most of all you. No matter what brought you to MilBid, we want to welcome you to a place that is special.
There are 1000's of alternative auction sites. These are all people who figure they could buy a script, run a site, and line some pockets. Everything revolves around what they can get out of it all. It takes a special person and a special group pf people to come together and make something as serious as MilBid. Try to find something similiar...and let us know how the search went.
So what do we do? We send care packages to the troops through units writing us to tell us they need us, or we search out for units that could use a pick-me-up while being in places like Iraq. I know you may be wondering how we have the military connection in the first place. We are a group of active and retired military personnel that have many friends in some lonely places. We are veterans looking out for some great people. We also send profits to units that might not have funding for morale activities. Why should a unit be without because they served 8 months or more deployed and couldn’t do fundraising for a Christmas party? The answer is they shouldn’t. We won’t allow it if we can help them.
We built MilBid with nothing and we are going to make this place a special place for people. We are dedicated in bringing something people have never dealt with before. There are not any auction sites on today’s net with a mission like we have. We are some very proud people knowing we are doing one of the greatest things in the world!
What Does MilBid stand for? This is a combination of the words Military and Bidding.
Where does MilBid's money come from? Simple:

3. Hoffa Teamsters
This is all false, in fact it comes from people that support our mission and what we are doing. If you guessed any of the top 3 you are very wrong, but we want to keep you on your toes.
