Auctions Directly Support Soldiers

Everyone knows eBay, but hardly anyone knows any other auction site except ones that have already died like Yahoo Auctions. As the times have changed many webmasters have decided to go out and buy a script and have a go at the auction site of the web. Since the first outcries of changes in the eBay world people have dived off the deep end setting up their own websites, their own auction sites, or fleeing to find on of these venues for the sales to swell up again. In the end though the majority of these websites have no end result past lining someone’s pockets and yielding no results in the wake of it all.

So today there seems to be one auction website that brings something positive to the table. They aren’t big, they aren’t a household name, but they have one of the strongest passions you will find on the net to bring real support to the men and women of the Armed Services. MilBid.com is one of the most robust auction sites that no one knows about yet. They take profits gained and give them back to deployed members of the services, groups that support those service members, and anything else that ties together in supporting the troops.

No one seems to be lining up to get rich from MilBid but rather lining up to support this valuable mission. Already they have made a few donations to those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Out of the thousands of site set up this is the only one with a real cause and a real reason to start building the venue to compete with the best of the best. The owner is military and a good portion of the site is also in some shape or form. If you are an online seller or buyer then you may want to take a serious look at what is being offered as the site is entirely free to be a part of.

If it’s not the mission that will get you, then maybe it’s the fact that your membership at MilBid.com directly supports someone son, daughter, or friend that might be a recipient of a care package or unit donation that milBid.com provides. This is a site that an American can get behind and support. Some may think this is a military only site, but it’s everyone buying and selling in support of those in uniform. MilBid.com is a site that comes along once in a life time and could be the next biggest thing in ecommerce.
