You are looking at a Size 4 Petites Womens Halter Top by Nygard Collection. This is made in China, 100% polyester, machine wash in luke warm water, gentle agitation, do not bleach, hang to dry, iron at medium temperature, may be dry cleaned. Tumble dry at low temperature. This is approximately 17" from top of strap to bottom of halter. There are slits at both sides. Approx. 15" from side to side. This item was purchased from a smoking home, and has a smoke residue. I am hanging it in a closet with some potpourri to help dissipate the odor.
