I would call it ABOUT UNCIRCULATED because there is most of the mint luster still visible, but it has fine scratches on the surface. But I am not a coin dealer or coin expert and this is not a graded certified coin, so please look at the enlarged pictures closely as grading can be very subjective. The grading is my opinion only. This is a nice estate coin with nice detail. I bought it as part of a collection about 20 years ago.
