Antique EAPG Patterned FINGER LAMP or OIL LAMP! 1890's - Complete - NO RESERVE! This auction is for an antique 1890's EARLY AMERICAN PRESS GLASS OIL LAMP! This lamp is also referred to as a FINGER LAMP due to the handle on the side. This lamp also has a lovely concave pattern in the side and a rayed bottom.....3 mold construction with lots of bubbles in the glass. Condition is EXCELLENT....there are no chips, cracks, hairlines or flakes. The antique oil burner reads "Eldorado Mfg Co." and is in working condition with the original old wick....all you have to do is add oil and light it. The chimney fits nicely and is also free of damage....no chips or cracks. The lamp with the chimney in place measures almost 12" tall. Including the handle it measures about 5.5" wide. This lovely old lamp is ready to use....just in time for those power outages during the summer thunder storms! Lamps like this also make elegant gifts for weddings or birthdays or anniversaries.
