Payments: We EXPECT AND REQUIRE contact within 3 days, PAYMENT by day 7 after closing of the auction. Can not pay by day 7, please DO NOT bid/buy the item! By bidding you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase. Should you not pay by day 7, a nonpaying bidder filed.

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. We offer a discount on multiple item shipping. All items are shipped Priority Mail unless it states otherwise in the listing. Charms and Return Address labels are shipped USPS First Class Mail.

Shipping:

Seller is NOT responsible for slow moving mail. Our PayPal/eBay shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, will notify you when we mail your treasure. Once we take the package to post office, we have no control on the speed of the Post Office. Please take this in consideration BEFORE you send us a MAD/hateful email, or leave negative feedback, just kindly asked us and we will research it out.

Refunds/Exchanges: All broken and/or defective items WILL be returned to us BEFORE an exchange is made unless we tell you to keep it. In the event that an exchange can not be made due to product availability, we will refund the purchase/bid price to your PayPal account. No C.O.D. return shipping please.
